This sturdy Indigenous Magazine Book Box; Quokka has been brought to life through the stunning artwork of Darug artist-educator Leanne Mulgo Watson. The rich earth tones and our super cute and adorable quokka is bound to be a talking point in your office and classroom environments.
The magazine box is designed to take A4 teacher support materials and magazines. The boxes are available in 9 different Indigenous designs and have been laminated for much improved strength and durability. The boxes are great to help organise any classroom space.
The internal measurements of the Magazine Book Box are: 14.6 cm width x 24.3 cm depth x 14.9 cm height (front), 26.5 cm height (back).
Leanne Watson Redpath is a Dharug woman commonly known in the Aboriginal Community as Mulgo, meaning Black Swan. She started painting at a young age, taught by her mother Aunty Edna Watson and her brother Bundeluk Watson, and is now an accomplished artist.
